You can schedule a one-on-one coaching session at any time from your meter. Here’s how:
- Start by selecting “Support.” Then, select “Contact Coach,” then “Confirm,” then “Okay.” You’ll get a link to schedule a coaching session via SMS (text message) or email, depending on your preferred method of contact.
- Select the link to fill out a short form. Make sure the date, time and time zone are correct.
- Then, select “Schedule Appointment.”
You’ll get a confirmation email once your session is set. You’ll also get a reminder email and text message 24 hours prior to your scheduled coaching session.
Coaching is flexible. So, if you need to cancel or reschedule your session, we understand. Just be sure to do so at least 24 hours in advance when possible. You can reschedule your session by selecting the “Reschedule/Cancel Session” link in your confirmation email.
