You can use the Message a Coach feature to send a coach a message or ask a question. You will receive a reply from a coach within a few business days.
To message a coach in the Teladoc Health app:
1. Open the Teladoc Health app or download the free Teladoc Health app from the App Store or Google Play Store.
2. Select the “Messages” icon at the bottom of the screen.
3. Select “Condition Management coaches,” then “Talk to a Livongo Coach.”
4. Type your message and select “Send.”
To message a coach in the Livongo app:
1. Open the Livongo app
2. Select the envelope icon from the top right corner.
3. Select “Talk to a Livongo coach.”
4. Type your message and select “Send.”
