Your personal Livongo Health Summary Report is a great way to let your doctor see how you’re doing and spark more meaningful conversations. It includes averages, trends, and a summary of your readings over the last 30 and 90 days.
You can share your Health Summary Report with your doctor, friends, or family via email, fax, or text message through Livongo’s secure website. You can also export and print or view your entire logbook. Just follow the directions below.
Share Your Health Summary Report from Livongo’s Secure Website
- Log into your account at my.livongo.com
- Click your name in the upper-right-hand corner
- Click “Summary Reports”
- Choose the report you would like to access
- Click “View,” “Download,” or “Share”
- To share, select the summary report you want to share and click “Share”
- Choose the method with which you would like to share — phone number, email, or fax — and click “Share”
You can also view and download your Health Summary Reports from this screen.
