Frequency
Add in 1-2 extra days per week of physical activity.
Intensity
Make sure you are working up a sweat, if not, kick it up a notch.
Time
Increase the time you spend being active. If you are usually active for 30 minutes, shoot for 45!
Type
Change up what you are doing. Try a new class at the gym or download a new workout app.
