You can schedule a one-on-one coaching session at any time from your Livongo meter. Start by tapping “Support,” then “Contact Coach,” then “Confirm,” then “Okay.”
If SMS (text message) is your preferred method of contact for Livongo, you’ll receive a text message with the link to schedule a coaching session. If email is your preferred contact method, you’ll receive an email with a link to schedule a session. From the email, click the “Schedule a Coaching Session” button or the “Click here” link.
Both the email and text message links take you to a short form. Fill out the required information (make sure the date, time, and time zone are correct!) and select “Schedule Appointment.”
Then look for a confirmation email in your inbox. You’ll also receive a reminder email 24 hours prior to your scheduled coaching session.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance when possible. You can change your appointment by clicking the “Reschedule/Cancel Appointment” link in your confirmation email.
