You can schedule a session with a coach in three easy ways:

Schedule a coaching session through the mobile app
You can schedule a one-on-one coaching session right from the app. If you don’t already have it, start by downloading it from the iPhone App Store or Google Play Store.
- Open the app and select “Programs” from the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen.
- Select “Condition Management.”
- Select the 3 bars in the top right-hand corner, then select “Coaching.”
- Tap “I want to schedule a coaching session.”
- Fill out the required information (make sure the date, time, and time zone are correct) and click “Schedule Session.”
You’ll receive a confirmation email with your session details. You’ll also get a reminder email and text message 24 hours prior to your scheduled coaching session. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance when possible. You can change your appointment by clicking the “Reschedule/Cancel Appointment” link in your confirmation email.

Schedule a coaching session from your online account
You can easily request a coaching session at any time through your online account.
- Select “Programs” at the top and then “Condition Management.”
- Select “See coaching options” from “1:1 Coaching.”
- Select “Schedule a session.”

Schedule a Coaching Session from your Blood Glucose Meter
You can schedule a one-on-one coaching session at any time from your meter. Here’s how:
- Start by selecting “Support.” Then, select “Contact Coach,” then “Confirm,” then “Okay.” You’ll get a link to schedule a coaching session via SMS (text message) or email, depending on your preferred method of contact.
- Select the link to fill out a short form. Make sure the date, time and time zone are correct.
- Then, select “Schedule Appointment.”
You’ll get a confirmation email once your session is set. You’ll also get a reminder email and text message 24 hours prior to your scheduled coaching session.
Coaching is flexible. So, if you need to cancel or reschedule your session, we understand. Just be sure to do so at least 24 hours in advance when possible. You can reschedule your session by selecting the “Reschedule/Cancel Session” link in your confirmation email.
