If your Diabetes Management program comes with a blood glucose meter, you get unlimited access to test strips and lancets. They are delivered right to your door, without the hassle or cost of a pharmacy. Our easy reordering feature means you’ll always have enough strips to check your blood sugar as often as you want.
Let’s walk through the four ways you can order test strips and lancets.
Order strips from your meter
To reorder strips from your meter, tap “Support,” then “Reorder Strips,” and confirm your address. If your address is incorrect, you can update it in your account.
Your meter also knows when you may be running low on strips and will ask if you need a refill. Tap “Yes” and we’ll ship a refill order to you within three to five business days.
Order strips from your online account with Teladoc Health
You can request more test strips and lancets through your online account:
- Select “Programs”, then “Condition Management. "Select “Order supplies” under “Quick Links”. Then select, “Get refill kit.”
- You will see an estimate of how many strips you have left.
- Verify that your strip estimate is correct. Change your strip count if it is incorrect and select “Next.”
- Verify your shipping information and submit. If you are unable to order strips, contact Member Support at 800-945-4355.
Order strips from your online account with Livongo
You can request more test strips and lancets through your online account:
- Select "Order Supplies" under "Quick Links." Then select "Get refill kit."
- You will see an estimate of how many strips you have left.
- Verify that your strip estimate is correct. Change your strip count if it is incorrect and select "Next."
- Verify your shipping information and submit. If you are unable to order strips, contact Member Support at 800-945-4355.
Order strips from the Teladoc Health mobile app (iPhone and Android)
If you have an iPhone or Android, open the Teladoc Health app or download the app at no cost to you from the Apple App Store or Google Play.

- Scroll down and select, “Get refill kit.”

Order strips from the Livongo mobile app
If you have an iPhone or Android, open the Livongo app or download the app at no cost to you from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
- Open the menu and select "Get refill kit" under "Order test strips and lancets".
- Confirm your address and tap "Continue."

To order strips over the phone, just call Member Support at 800-945-4355.

Refill kit information
Our Livongo refill kits include 200 test strips and 200 lancets. When you order a refill, it will arrive within 3 -5 business days. We will send you an email with the tracking number once the strips have shipped.
We understand that not every member uses lancets at the same rate they use strips. To remain compliant with regulated quality standards set by the FDA, we are unable to open refill kits to remove any lancets.
