Without the hassle or cost of picking them up at the pharmacy, our easy reordering feature means you’ll always have enough strips to check your blood sugar as often as you want.
There are four easy ways to reorder strips and lancets. Just follow the directions below to order from your Livongo meter, the Livongo secure website, or the Livongo mobile app, or with our Member Support team over the phone.
Order Strips from Your Livongo Meter
To reorder strips from your meter, tap “Support,” then “Reorder Strips,” and confirm your address. If your address is incorrect, you can update it in your member portal.
A message will also appear on your Livongo meter when you’re running low on strips, to see if you need a refill. Tap “Yes” and we’ll process your refill order and ship it to the address on file within 3-5 business days.
Order strips from the Livongo Secure Website
You can request more test strips and lancets through your private account at my.livongo.com.
- Click on your name in the upper-right-hand corner.
- Then click “Order Supplies” and “Get Refill Kit.” You will see an estimate of how many strips you have left.
- Verify that your strip count is correct. Change your strip count if it is incorrect and click “Next.”
- Verify your shipping information and submit. If you are unable to order strips, contact Member Support at (800) 945-4355.
Order Strips from the Livongo Mobile App (iPhone and Android)
If you have an iPhone or Android, open the Livongo app or download the Livongo app at no cost to you from the iPhone App Store or Google Play.
- On the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen, tap “Menu,” then tap “Get More Test Strips” in the first box.
- Confirm your address and your strips will arrive within 3-5 business days.
