Can you tell me more about the Livongo for Hypertension Program?
The Livongo for Hypertension Program is designed to help you better understand and manage your blood pressure.
Once enrolled, you’ll receive a welcome kit in the mail within 5-7 business days. When your kit arrives, you will be guided through how to set up your blood pressure monitor and connect it to the Livongo app (downloaded from the Google Play Store).
The app-based program will guide you through 5 blood pressure readings to establish a baseline. Once your baseline is established, you will receive a personal blood pressure report that you can discuss with a coach or share with your doctor. Continue to check your blood pressure at least monthly to track your progress and receive tips to help you with managing your blood pressure.
