What Happens After I Enroll in the Hypertension Management Program?
After you enroll, you will be shipped a welcome kit that includes the connected blood pressure monitor. The instructions included will walk you through getting set up and taking your first reading. You will be asked to also download our mobile app. Once you’re connected, the monitor will automatically send readings to the app, where you can track your progress, share reports with your doctor, and more!

How Do I Set Up My Blood Pressure Monitor?
To set up your monitor:
- Install the batteries included in your welcome kit into your blood pressure monitor.
- Insert the air connector plug that is connected to the cuff, into the air socket.
Your monitor is now set up and ready to connect with your app.
How Do I Know My Blood Pressure Readings Are Accurate?
Our blood pressure monitor has been validated by an independent organization. Measurements taken with this device are considered equivalent to those obtained by a trained healthcare provider using the gold standard method, cuff and stethoscope auscultation.

What Happens After I Take My First 5 Readings?
After you take your first five readings, the app will display your baseline blood pressure reading. You will also receive a personal health report with your blood pressure readings to share with your doctor or a coach.
Continue to check your blood pressure according to your doctor's recommendations or at least every 2 weeks.

What If I Don’t Finish My First 5 Checks?
If we have enough data from the checks that you did complete, we can still determine a baseline blood pressure. If we do not, you can start your five checks over again.

Who is Eligible to Enroll in the Hypertension Management Program?
Initially, this program is only open to a small group of members. If you have received an email invitation, are enrolled in the Diabetes Management program, and have been diagnosed with hypertension, you are eligible.
If you have not received an invitation to enroll in the Hypertension Management Program and are interested in enrolling, talk with your employee benefits manager.
