What are pro tips?
Pro tips are short messages designed specifically for you. You’ll get them twice a week in your mobile app to encourage you to continue checking and making positive changes. These messages are aware of where you are in your program. They can include recipes and meals plans, activity plans, suggestions for which features to use and when, and more.
How and when do I read pro tips?
First, make sure notifications are enabled on your phone. Once they are, you’ll get notifications letting you know that you have a new pro tip. When you get a notification, tap on it to go directly to the nudge in your Teladoc Health app. If you don’t tap the notification, you’ll still be able to find the nudge when you open the Condition Management program.
What else should I do?
We encourage you to take regular blood pressure readings. Your provider can tell you how often is best for you. The more you check, the better we get at sending you pro tips that are tailored to your experience. What’s more, members who use their blood pressure monitor alongside our program see better long-term results in lowering their blood pressure.
