Tropical Green Smoothie

Ingredients
½ cup frozen pineapple
½ frozen banana
½ cup baby spinach
¼ cup light coconut milk
¼ cup coconut water (or plain water)
Preparation
Place ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

1 tsp maple syrup

Whisk ingredients together in a small saucepan over low heat until heated through and frothy. If you have a milk frother, use that!
