Action plans help you identify your goals and give you a realistic journey towards reaching them! Getting started with Action Plan is easy. Just follow these steps:
- To get started, open the app and select “Meet Action Plan” at the top of your homescreen.
- Choose your goals and select “Next”.
- You’ll see a list of activities that were chosen to fit your goals. You can choose up to three activities. Click on the activity that you want and select “Add Activity” at the bottom of the description.
- When you’re done picking your activities, select “Save”.
You can choose to receive notifications by turning on reminders on the next screen. When you’re ready to get started, just select “Start Action Plan”. You can also check your weekly newsletter to see your activities.
Different activities will give you different ways to track your progress. Log your food, sync your steps, create a journal entry and more! You can even review some activities with a coach.
