Your program includes a connected scale. As soon as you get it, follow the steps in the user guide to activate it. The scale will automatically upload your numbers to your Teladoc Health account.
Here are a few tips to help you get into a weigh-in routine:
- Place your scale on a hard, flat floor in a convenient spot. Seeing it each day will remind you to weigh in regularly.
- Pick the same time to weigh in. Many people make it part of their morning routine.
- Aim for accuracy. Remove excess (or all) clothing. Put your phone down. And stand on the scale on an empty stomach, after using the restroom.
