Our program is available to people with a diagnosis of type 1 or type 2 diabetes. There are two ways to enroll:
Livongo for Diabetes: Available at no cost through partnerships we have with particular employers, health networks, or benefit programs. For specific employee coverage requests or inquiries, please check with your HR manager, benefits coordinator, or you can email membersupport@livongo.com and we can check for you.
Livongo Family Care Plan: A monthly subscription plan available to everyone. In this plan you receive:
- A Livongo blood glucose meter
- Access to a Livongo expert coach
- Unlimited test strips and lancets for a monthly fee ($64.99/month with a minimum 3-month commitment).
